What happens after you place your order?
-After placing order there will be a waiting time is approximately up to 2.5 weeks for all assortments (except for WS collection which we will have ready stocks)
-Order only if you can wait!, no refunds or exchange once order has been placed as all orders are made to order.
-Items under ready stock tab are available stock on hand that we can ship out in 1-5 working days.
-Once the item is ready to be shipped to you, you will be receiving an email notification from our system.
-We use 3rd party courier for delivery, after receiving notification of shipment via email and SMS, item will be delivered within 1-5 working days. (J&T Express courier service)
*kindly allow more time for delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances such as damage or logistics delays
All items will be QC-ed by our team for damages before dispatch and we will contact you via the contact number you have entered if there are any issues with your purchase.
In cases where you are not reachable, unless the item has a serious defect issue, we will still proceed to dispatch the item.
No exchange once the item has been dispatched
Where do you deliver? (Local)
We deliver free to all in Singapore however chargeable courier fee will be required if your delivery address is at; Tuas, CBD and Sentosa . We do not deliver to jurong island.
*Please take note: Courier will only attempt twice at delivery. If both delivery attempts fail and you are uncontactable at point of delivery, you will be required to top up $3 for re-delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to Indonesia , USA and Japan!
NOTE: For assortments (pre-orders)Including manufacturing waiting time, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Air frieght takes 7-14 days.

We do not charge taxes as it differs for different country. You will however be contacted by courier for clearance if required!
*Indonesia customers: you will be required to email us a copy of your ID/PASSPORT for custom clearance due to new regulations requirements from your country.

Refunds and Exchange Policy
-Strictly NO REFUNDS nor EXCHANGE after orders are placed as all orders are made to order.
-Should there be any approved refunds due to special circumstances, it will be in a form of Willowy's coupon. NO CASH REFUNDS.
-Buyer will be required to bare card fees and courier fees deductibles prior to approved refunds.
